Contemplation of the Universe
The Universe is composed almost completely of dark energy (73%), dark matter (23%), and ordinary matter (4%). The world we know, the ordinary matter, is only a little part of it all: the 96% of what is around us has not been discovered yet.
The universe resizes us. The contemplation of the universe makes us realize that many of the things on which we base our existence are inconsistent. The history of humanity has been a succession of struggles for power and for the accumulation of wealth, even to the detriment of others.The stars are silent witnesses of the spectacle that humanity has been staging for millennia.
