On July 18th, 2022, one month after the first Pastimes EP “Parrots & the Park”, Baseball Gregg are ready to release the second episode of this Summer series. It’s called “A Life Designed For Fun”, a verse from the song “Better Days”.

«The song Better Days came about as a true collaboration between Luca and me. Luca had written the melody and harmony of the riff, verses, and chorus, and also the words of the chorus: “30 years around the sun, I feel like I’m almost done.” Then I had written the lyrics of the verses, and added the coda (somewhat inspired by the end of “God Only Knows” by the Beach Boys.) The lyrics are about the failure of selfishness, and about the fact that at the end you’ll find tranquility in a universal point of view, in which humans have the same importance as animals and plants. It seems right to me that such a song did not come from a single brain, but from a collection of our creative instincts.» – Sam Regan
